TEXT FROM PIECE:
Located in Lavender, Ontario, a small village established sometime in the 1830s. The village was once something maybe, about 120 people so so, now its a church and 5 houses but the church is a house now too. There used to be stuff here like a cheese factory, another church, some stores and businesses, a hotel, but now the only thing indicating a town might have been here is the cemetery. The cemetery was formerly associated with the church still standing, although not on the same property. The cemetery opened in 1880 (this year leaves a lot of dead unaccounted for) and was expanded in 2008.
